Montgomery Ward Airline Console 8 Track Tape Player w/ Phonograph & Radio Receiver
DESCRIPTION:
Neat Montgomery Wards Airline model GMJ 2921 floor model surround sound stereo system housed in a dark wood buffet style cabinet. When tested, radio and 8 track tape player worked fine, however the record player does not work and the left speaker also has no sound. The cabinet is in fair to good condition some light to minor wear in spots and some moderate chipping to the feet and one of the back corners. Measures 30 inches wide and 32 inches tall. Does not include the two extra external rear speakers for the surround sound and is missing the bezel for the power switch.
Please Note: This 8 track tape player is in the FIX ME and BARGAIN BIN categories. Due to its size, it is being sold AS-IS. The cost of sending it to our repair facility and then onto the customer would most likely make this player far more expensive than most customers would like. However, if you just must have this player and don't care that it will cost hundreds of dollars for shipping and reconditioning in addition to the purchase price and normal shipping.....just give us a call before purchasing it to discuss an estimated cost.
